Well it is chemicals after all, so yes it can give u a rash if u r allergic to it and have really sensitive skin or if u have it on for too long. You should always do a patch test before applying it to the whole face. Also, It stings on the face and the eyes a little and gets them red when u put it on. Try not going out in the sun immediately after u have bleached your skin. I would wait for at least 30 mins before stepping out. Best of luck.
