Look for a physician that does this, not a cosmetician. There are hair growth cycles that need to be considered. Look for the length of time the person has been doing proceedure. The more experienced operator will have been exposed to different types of conditions. Look at the cleanliness of the facility. These are some of the things you should be looking at instead of how much money is charged, because if it doesn't work it will be expensive.
