It's best to go with laser or electrolysis for removal. Both of these methods are permanent. If you shave it or pluck it it will come back darker and thicker, which is certainly not the result you want!

Yes? I actually perfer bleach and tweezers to total removal. Tweeze big hairs (brows, unibrows, big chin hairs - use a needle under hard to get ones) and then bleach the rest.
