Facial hair on women?

can it be removed free on the NHS, if it is causing a lot of embaressment and is impossible to disguise ?

Facial hair on women?

Hi!

Yeah, I would think so.

First thing is to make an appointment with your GP. However, you would need to tell your doctor how it is affecting your day to day activities, how it's making you embarrassed, depressed etc. etc.

He would then refer you to the hospital or a specialist. Be prepared to be waiting a long time for an appointment to come through though (unfortunately)!

Hope this helps!!

avoid eat chicken wing. it has hormone to grow long facial hair, just like long feathers on the wing itself.

Facial hair on women?

Yes it can, especially if it's causing undue distress for the patient. My cousin had treatments when she developed hirsuiteism when she was young.

It's best to speak to your GP - there may be a way of controlling it hormonally first rather than just getting rid of the hair - of course prevention is better than cure - stop the hair growing would be the best plan.

I do urge you to speak to your GP as this could be a symptom of an underlying condition rather than just an annoying isolated problem.

If there really is a lot of hair causing embarrassment it could well be a hormonal problem that could easily be sorted out after a visit to your doctor. So, first stop visit your G.P.

I can appreciate the distress this causes, but it may require a few tests to determine how your hormone levels are. Good Luck.

Get a wax! shaving will make it grow back like a mans beard,

waxing weakens the hairs from the root!
